President of Immanuel Orphans, Inc and co-founder of Xpress Transport business. He was born in Nyeri district of the central province of Kenya. He received his BA degree in Survey & Economics from the University of Nairobi. He worked for Armstrong and Duncan for 9 years, before leaving to start two companies which he managed until he moved to USA in 2001. He is married to Mercy and resides in Nottingham, Maryland USA with their four children

Holds both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in engineering from the University of Nairobi, as well as MS (management information systems) and MBA from University of Maryland University College. He is a Founder Member and former Executive Director of NETWAS International from 1994-2001. NETWAS International is an Africa resource centre for capacity building in water supply, sanitation, hygiene and water resources for environmentally sound and sustainable development and management. Kariuki is currently an independent contractor in engineering and finance fields and is based in PA, USA. He is an IRS Registered Tax Return Preparer (RTRP) professional and a Member of the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP).

Holds a Ph.D in chemistry from University of Connecticut, Storrs, Connecticut and currently works as a drug discovery scientist.

Holds a Bachelor of Education from Moi University, Eldoret. He has many years of teaching experience in Kenya. He has also worked extensively with the Maryland State Government in various roles. He was a case-manager and Appeals Representative for the Department of Health for many years. He later became a Medical Care Programs Supervisor. He currently works with the Social Security Administration as a Disability Examiner.

Holds a Bachaler’s degree in Education. He worked as a Senior Programme Office, Children Dept in Kenya. He has a wide knowledge on children related issues. He works as an Operations Manager with United Van Lines - Baltimore Maryland.

Holds a Ph.D in chemistry from University of Arizona, Tucson, AZ and previously worked as a scientist at University of Maryland, Baltimore.
